State House Facilities Committee

The State House Facilities Committee is charged with reviewing matters relating to the allocation and use of legislative space in the State House, on the second floor of the Cross Building and on Capitol grounds, including Capitol Park. During the renovation of the State House it is also responsible for reviewing various design and constructions plans that have policy considerations. Parking and building access control matters fall within the purview of the State House Facilities Committee. The State House Facilities Committee is a standing committee of the Legislative Council and meets on an as needed basis.
