E-Mail - New SERVICE, Please READ for changes

Our E-mail service is moving to the current Microsoft Cloud Exchange Online environment. To continue to access mail, changes to the setup of the Oulook app and Multi-Factor Authentication must be set up. Use the instructions below for self service setup, for personal assistance contact us either in-person at the State House in Augusta, by phone at 207-287-1625, or e-mail to [email protected].

Start with:

• Your Legislative E-Mail guide

Then set up MFA with:

• MFA Setup with Microsoft Authenticator

- OR -

• MFA Setup with a Hardware Token (Get token from LIT Office, 2nd floor)

Then use the guides below for the preferred apps, or use Outlook on the Web:
(If you previously read mail with the Outlook app, that configuration has to be removed, doing so won't delete any mail.)
